When Jason Hilton joined Capital Pacific Bank as a client service officer and portfolio manager in 2008, he brought credentials in banking, leasing, credit underwriting, and an expertise in local, middle-market businesses. Jason represents a broad spectrum of business clients and offers a particular expertise in the interests of property management firms and emerging companies. Prior to joining Capital Pacific Bank, Hilton served as General Manager and Director of Credit in the middle market group of LEAF Financial Corp in Lake Oswego. While at LEAF, Jason worked with numerous development stage companies in a variety of industries. Earlier in his career, Hilton was Chief Operating Officer and Commercial Credit Manager at the Lake Oswego-based Allco Leasing and Financial Services. He spent the early years of his career at US Bancorp serving as an assistant relationship manager and credit executive. Hilton graduated from the University of Montana, with a degree in business administration.

Judy Hutchison has been a capable member of the Capital Pacific Bank team almost from its inception in 2003. Her client portfolio includes a broad array of businesses, with a specialization in professional practices and non-profit organizations. She effectively engages with clients at multiple levels within their organization, collaborating with their accountants, attorneys, and insurance professionals, to provide sound financial guidance. Judy served as a vice president with both US Bank and Bank of America. She was a financial representative and director of client relations for the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, specializing in insurance and investments. Judy is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). A native of Portland, Judy graduated from The Catlin Gabel School, earned an economics degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University.

Emily Leach

Emily Leach brings a considerable base of financial expertise to Capital Pacific Bank where, since 2006, she has served in her capacity as a vice president, both as a client service officer and a credit approval officer. Having invested several years with US Bancorp underwriting complex commercial credits, Emily has the expertise to work with clients from a wide spectrum of business and industry—her clientele also includes service and non-profit organizations. Emily graduated with honors from Linfield College and holds a degree in international business. She is an active participant in the Portland community, and is currently involved with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), The Link for Women, Community Associations Institute, and Linfield Young Alumni.

Gregory Saliba, CTP

As a financial professional well experienced in advising corporate and individual clients, Greg Saliba comes to Capital Pacific Bank with highly valued credentials. He served as vice president of investment banking for the Piper Jaffray Debt Capital Markets Group and as a vice president of corporate banking with US Bancorp. Greg is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and holds an NASD Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. He can also be found teaching debt and equity valuation, market risk and return concepts, and various analytical methodologies in his corporate finance and investment portfolio management classes at Portland State University. Greg earned an MBA from Portland State University, holds a masters degree in East Asian Studies from the University of Oregon, and a B.A. in history from Whitman College. He taught finance in Russia via the Free Market Business Development Institute program in 2001 and studied Japanese history and culture at Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan.

Doug White

Having worked in financial institutions large and small, Doug White’s expertise in commercial lending, knowledge of the Portland marketplace, and penchant for finding solutions to meet the individual challenges of his clients is well suited to the Capital Pacific Bank business model. He has a breadth of experience in asset-based lending, appraisal services, credit management and training. Doug earned a degree in business at Portland State University before doing graduate studies at Pacific Coast Banking School, a program affiliated with the University of Washington.

Specializing in professional practices and non-profit organizations, Kristen Willie’s experience in the financial services industry also includes a solid base of businesses and industries. Having been the owner of a small business before joining the Capital Pacific Bank team, Kristen has an informed business perspective that complements her financial expertise and serves her clients well. Kristen holds a degree in international economics from the University of Colorado with a minor in business administration from the Colorado University Leeds School of Business.
